About the Service

Thammy is an AI-powered email assistant. You send an email, and Thammy replies with helpful responses. The service includes a range of features such as web search, reminders, translations, content summaries, inbox management, cold outreach, and more. We are continually adding new capabilities to make Thammy more useful for you.

Credits

When you sign up, you receive a set of free credits to get started. Each feature uses a small number of credits when you use it. You can earn additional credits by referring friends to Thammy — both you and your friend receive bonus credits. Credit balances and costs are subject to change as we develop the service.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you send to Thammy. We process your messages solely to provide the service and deliver responses to you. We do not sell, license, or share your content with third parties for their own purposes. For more details on how your data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Responses

Thammy uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce incomplete or incorrect information. Thammy's responses should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice. We encourage you to verify important information independently before acting on it.

Acceptable Use

We want Thammy to be a helpful and safe service for everyone. You agree not to use Thammy for:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward others.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the AI system (e.g., prompt injection attacks).
• Abusing the credit or referral system through fraudulent means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Gmail Integration

Gmail integration is entirely optional and requires your explicit authorization through Google's OAuth process. When connected, your Gmail data is used only to provide specific features you have requested, such as inbox summaries and unsubscribe tools. Your use of the Gmail integration is also governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy. You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Thammy dashboard.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Thammy reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may also modify, add, or remove features over time as we improve the service, and will provide reasonable notice when significant changes are made.

Limitation of Liability

The Thammy service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Microapp, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content or service interruptions.

Termination

You may stop using Thammy at any time — simply stop emailing. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at support@thammy.ai and we will process your request within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Thammy after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
